Policy for Parties of 4 or More

Thank you for your interest in booking your group at the Faust Institute of Cosmetology.

Our school policy requires us to inform you of our guidelines in advance of your appointments.

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling (for groups of 4 or more)
    • Appointments won’t be reserved until deposit is made
  • One credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover), check or cash is required to hold the services
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel within the appropriate time or fail to show for your appointments, your deposit will not be refunded.
    • Faust Institute is not responsible for the cancellation of guests in your confirmed party. If one or more guests in your party fail to comply with our cancellations policy, their portion of the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be put toward the final bill.
    • If you are running a few minutes late the day of your scheduled appointments, please inform us with a phone call. We will do everything possible to accommodate you. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to shorten the service. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will have to ask that you reschedule and your deposit will not be refunded.

The Faust Institute attempts to confirm most appointments for parties in advance. However, guests are encouraged to telephone us at their convenience 2-3 days prior to their appointments to confirm exact times and services.
