Because it is part of our students training, they appreciate the opportunity you give them to practice and perfect their skills. All services are performed exclusively by students who are supervised by licensed instructors. Our instructors offer guidance and suggestions to our students in training, and we always welcome your comments.

Q. What services do you offer?
The Faust Institute offers an array of hair, nail and skincare services. See our service menu for a complete listing.
Q. Can I request a particular student?
We do allow customers to request a specific student, but we cannot always guarantee it.
Q. Can I bring my children to my appointment?
While in the school, all children must be under the supervision of a caregiver that is NOT in the process of receiving a service. Because we are a learning facility, children not receiving services are not allowed on the clinic floor. For these reasons, we ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.
Q. Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, as long as we have available students. Advance appointments are recommended, but not always necessary.

Q. Is tipping allowed?
Yes, but it is definitely not required. If you are happy with your service and you choose to tip, 10-20% of the service is the average. Students truly welcome your appreciation.
Q. What if the result of my service was not exactly what I had in mind?
If you have any concerns with your services or are in any way dissatisfied, please bring your concerns to the attention of our staff while your service is being checked or before you leave. It is the policy of The Faust Institute to offer NO CASH REFUNDS for services. We ask our clients to remember that this is a training facility. Our students learn from our clients by making any necessary changes or adjustments as requested, with the assistance of their instructors.
Q. Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes. You may purchase a gift certificate for any amount or for any service. We also have spa packages available for your convenience.
Q. What forms of payment do you take?
The Faust Institute accepts cash, checks (with valid I.D. and phone number), debit and credit cards (MC, Visa & Discover).
Q. Can you accommodate groups of people at the same time?
It depends on how many clients are in the group, and how many students we have available at the time requested. With advance notice, we may be able to schedule up to 15 or more clients at one time. Please see our policies for booking groups of 4 or more.
Q. Do you have birthday party packages?
If your child and her guests are under 10 years of age, we offer special services and pricing. See our Birthday Party Page for more information. Clients over the age of 10 are charged regular price.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
Senior Citizens age 65 and older receive 10% off their services on Mondays. You may also clip and save with our internet coupons. (One per customer per day. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, offers or promotions).
